2. Standard 30-Day Return Policy (Unused Conditions)

Outside of transit damage or delivery issues covered by our Total Purchase Protection™, we offer a standard 30-day return window from the date of delivery under the following strict guidelines:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a standard return and a 100% refund, the device must be completely unused, unaltered, and in the exact condition that you received it. It must remain in its original factory packaging with all included accessories, components, and user manuals intact.
  • Ineligibility: Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be processed if any of the parts or accessories are missing, used, or altered. Furthermore, no return claim will be accepted if any part or device is found tampered with, or if the factory warranty seals/security stickers are broken or voided.
  • Performance Clause: If the device is performing perfectly within all the technical and physical parameters mentioned in the official product catalog and user manual, a return request or claim based on a “change of mind” post-installation will not be accepted.

3. Refund Processing Lifecycle

  • Inspection: Once your return is received at our corporate facility, it will undergo a strict inspection by our technical quality assurance team to verify packaging integrity, components, and serial numbers.
  • Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, followed by a formal notification of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the unit’s condition.
  • Disbursement: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or Corporate Wire Transfer) within 5–7 working days.

4. Shipping & Logistics Policy

  • Domestic Shipments (Within India): The duration for dispatch, transit, and delivery typically takes between 5–10 working days, depending on the destination PIN code and location.
  • International Shipments: The duration for dispatch, transit, and delivery takes between 3–15 working days, depending on regional customs clearance and location protocols.
  • Return Shipping Responsibility: For voluntary, change-of-mind returns of completely unused and boxed units within the 30-day window, the customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs to return the item to our corporate office. Shipping costs are non-refundable. (Note: This does not apply to transit damage or defective arrivals, which are fully covered and paid for by Fujiiryoki under Section 1).
